Brief introduction of ultrasonic cleaning process for several common workpiece surface conditions:


1, polishing parts surface polishing paste cleaning.


Under normal circumstances, polishing paste is often used paraffin blending, paraffin molecular weight is large, high melting point, solid state at room temperature, is difficult to clean the substance, the traditional method is to use organic solvent cleaning or high temperature alkali water boiling wash has many drawbacks. 2. Cold rolled steel plate with oil and a little rust on the surface.


Cold rolled steel plate surface generally has oil, dirt or a small amount of rust, it is easier to clean, but after the general method of cleaning, the workpiece surface remains a very thin layer of floating ash, affecting the quality of subsequent processing, sometimes have to use strong acid immersion method to remove this layer of floating ash. And the use of ultrasonic cleaning and appropriate cleaning liquid, can easily and quickly realize the workpiece surface thoroughly clean, and make the workpiece surface has a high activity, sometimes even can be removed before plating acid leaching activation process.


3, the surface of the workpiece with oxide skin and yellow rust.


The traditional method is to use hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid immersion cleaning.
