Kelisonic®超声波清洗机

• 在超声波清洗槽内加入自来水,或者超声波清洗液；液位高于或等于清洗池内槽高度的1/2,启动定时器开始清洗零部件。

• 将所需清洗的零部件放入超声波清洗机内，零部品摆放不重叠，保证零件完全被超声波清洗液淹没。
  

• 启动超声波清洗机，一般定时清洗5~30分钟，清洗完毕后关闭超声波，取出零部件进行后处理。
  

• 利用高压空气将零部件表面的残留物去除，利用高压空气将孔道内的残留物去除。需要防锈的部件另行处理。
  

• 超声波清洗机严禁槽内无水开机，为保证清洗效果，要及时更换超声波清洗液。
